When it Comes to The Crunch, Nimbus Delivers With Innovative New Range
Nimbus Foods Limited, a leading producer of confectionery style inclusions, decorations and toppings, is pleased to announce the launch of its new Nimbus Crunch range - a colourful and ingenious choice of pure sugar granules that provide an appealing combination of appearances, textures and flavours.
The new range includes Rainbow Crunch Colours, Rainbow Crunch Flavours, Crunch Gems, and Crunch Thousands. These new products add to the Company's extensive selection of ingredients aimed primarily at the bakery, ice-cream, desserts, and confectionery markets.
The spectacular array of Rainbow Crunch Colours includes red, yellow, pink, green orange, lilac, blue, white and brown. The products are unflavoured and use only natural colours.
Rainbow Crunch Flavours are irresistibly tempting, with options ranging from coffee, honey, honeycomb, amaretti to a selection of fruit and citrus flavours. A Peanut crunch version of the Nimbus NeverNuts is included in the range. NeverNuts are a nut free product providing the texture and flavour of nuts but without the associated issues.
Crunch Gems are shiny and colourful unflavoured jewels that add a feeling of luxury to finished food products via lustrous colours such as opal, ruby, emerald, amethyst and black pearl. A unique range of indulgent decorations guaranteed to make any product stand out.
Crunch Thousands are similarly eye-catching and can be flavoured on request. They are available with a number of different centres, coated in milk or plain chocolate or with a simple barrier formulation.
Furthermore, Nimbus Foods have developed a processing technique that allows the production of naturally flavoured mint products without the usual strong odour. This brings considerable benefits in terms of storage, handling and distribution, as volatile components from the natural mint oil are retained within the product by an encapsulation technique. The Odourless Mint reduces the problems of flavour contamination during storage and in processing.
