Established in 1996, Nimbus Foods rests in the heart of the Welsh mountains, and manufactures high quality inclusions, decorations and toppings for the food industry from its’ 50,000 square foot state of the art ‘nut free’ production facility in Dolgellau.
From humble beginnings, Nimbus has developed into one of Europe’s leading innovators and manufacturers of inclusions for many of the world’s best known brands and companies. Our products transform the ordinary into something really special.
Specialising in bakery, confectionery, ice-cream, dessert, cereal and snacking sectors, our products can be manufactured to fulfil a number of criteria. We develop and produce high quality products that remain stable in both extremely high and low temperatures, providing moisture barriers, long shelf life and cost effectiveness for our customers. Our specialist products can work in any environment, be it ambient, chilled or frozen.
