Established in 1996, Nimbus Foods rests in the heart of the Welsh mountains, and manufactures high quality inclusions, decorations and toppings for the food industry from its 50,000 square foot state of the art nut free production facility in Dolgellau.
We are one of Europe’s leading innovators and manufacturers of inclusions, and work with the world’s best known brands.
We have continually invested in our infrastructure and now operate from 5 production lines at our facility in Dolgellau in the picturesque Welsh Valleys. Each line is adapted to manufacture a specific product type, this has enabled us to hone our machinery and develop the expertise required to produce a wide product range. These comprise of a coating line, sugar strands line, honeycomb line and 2 high boil lines which produce caramel, fudge, butterscotch, toffee and crocant.
Our product range is vast and we have infinite flexibility. Tell us the colour, size, flavour, and texture you require and whether you wish your inclusions to be barrier coated or uncoated we will provide the solution.
